Service Description
FreeTowNow provides towing and roadside assistance services in the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita. Our services include accident towing, flatbed towing, emergency roadside assistance, vehicle lockout service, and motorcycle towing. Service availability may vary by location and time.
Free Towing Eligibility
Free towing applies to accident and insurance claim cases where your vehicle is transported to one of our certified partner body shops. The towing cost is covered through our partnership agreements with repair facilities. Other towing services, such as private tows to a destination of your choice, may be subject to standard rates.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting service, including your location, vehicle details, and insurance information. You must be the vehicle owner or authorized to request service for the vehicle. Providing false information may result in service denial.
Limitation of Liability
FreeTowNow carries full commercial insurance for all towing operations. While we take every precaution to prevent damage during towing, our liability is limited to the extent covered by our insurance policy. We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage, personal property left in vehicles, or delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
